Holdcorp Investment is formed by professionals with strong experience in the Oil & Gas Sector, reinforced with professionals with expertise in Finance, Equity and Debt Capital Markets.

Most of the Technical team comes from Spain’s Oil & Gas company with large international experience. The team, throughout their professional carriers, has the following aggregated experience in the international up-stream sector:
  • Operated in more than 30 different countries (in all continents, including Africa).
  • Experience in a variety of upstream environments (including complex on-shore and off-shore blocks and marginal blocks).
  • Responsible for more than 1,200 exploration blocks.
  • Managed Annual Up-Stream exploration budgets of more than $9,000m.
  • Discovered more than 6bn Boe.
  • Generating production of more than 1,04m boepd.

The technical team is completed with several young Petroleum and Mining Engineers with two to seven years of experience. The legal department is run by a top Spanish expert with more than 25 years in petroleum exploration and production business. The economic side is head by an expert in “mergers and acquisitions” on oil/gas farming projects with more than 20 years experience. The human resources, financial and administrative departments are joined with Multipromotur Group.
